  • What is PayShore?

PayShore is the operating layer for multi-bank cash visibility and B2B payments. It gives finance teams at small business, mid-market, and enterprise companies one secure place to see cash, control approvals, and execute payments across the banks they already use.

  • Is PayShore a bank?

No. PayShore is not a bank, and it does not replace your existing bank relationships. It's an operating layer that sits on top of the banks you already use, connecting into your existing accounts to give one consolidated view and one place to control approvals and execute payments.

  • Does PayShore require me to switch banks or consolidate accounts?

No. PayShore is bank-agnostic by design. Connect the bank accounts you already have, one bank or many, and PayShore unifies them into one view without requiring you to change banking relationships.

  • What's the difference between PayShore and a payment hub or payment orchestration platform?

Payment hubs and orchestration platforms are typically built for banks to modernize their own internal payment rails. PayShore is built for the corporate finance team on the other side of that relationship — CFOs, Controllers, Treasury, and AP/AR — giving them one place to see cash, control approvals, and execute B2B payments across the banks they already use, without needing to manage any bank's internal infrastructure.

  • What's the difference between PayShore and a cash-sweep or yield-optimization tool?

Some treasury tools focus mainly on sweeping idle cash into yield-bearing accounts. PayShore's focus is different: multi-bank cash visibility, approval controls, and B2B payment execution across every bank a finance team uses. Yield optimization on idle cash is not PayShore's core function.

  • What can I actually do with PayShore?

Four things, from one workspace: Connect your existing bank accounts. See a consolidated cash position and transaction detail across every connected account in real time. Control access with role-based permissions and maker-checker-double-checker approvals. Execute transfers between your own accounts and B2B payments to counterparties — all inside one audit trail.

  • What banks does PayShore work with?

PayShore has integrations with Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Fifth Third, and Silicon Valley Bank, with additional integrations in progress. Contact us to check on a specific bank.

  • What payment rails does PayShore support?

Domestic ACH and RTP (real-time payments) at launch, with RTP providing 24/7 settlement and a high transaction ceiling. PayShore is focused on U.S.-based, domestic rails.

  • Is PayShore secure?

PayShore is built with finance-grade controls: role-based access, MFA by default, maker-checker-double-checker approvals, and an immutable, timestamped audit trail. Bank connections use encrypted, access-controlled tokens rather than storing bank passwords, and credentials can be revoked by your team at any time. See the Security page for more detail.

  • How is PayShore priced?

PayShore doesn't charge per seat; the platform fee covers your whole team regardless of headcount. Pricing scales with how many banks and entities you run and how deep your approval and policy requirements are. See the Pricing page for full plan details.

  • How long does it take to get started?

PayShore account setup happens the same day on PayShore's side. The timeline to your first live bank connection depends on how quickly your bank issues credentials; some banks move same-day, others take longer. Additional banks can be added at your own pace after the first is live.

  • Can my vendors and customers use PayShore too?

Yes. Counterparties who aren't yet PayShore customers can be invited in for free to receive payments and respond to payment requests, with no limit on how many can be invited.
